What does the coffee mean to you?
Is my way to survive and to support my family.
How did you come into growing coffee?
I have been working for 40 years with coffee as a family tradition, after my brother passed away, I inherited the farm.
Tell us what happened after you pick the cherry?
After we pick the cherries, we take out the pulp in the afternoon, then we let them to ferment, washed up and let them dry.
Do you have any sustainable practice?
Yes, I only use organic inputs, with no chemicals. Also, I clean the plants manually.
Do you help your community?
Yes, by cleaning the roads and helping with the public lights.
Do you have other crops in your farms?
Yes, we have the following: Guamo, Platain, Laurel, fig tree, chickadee, eucalyptus, and blackberry.
Does your family help you with the coffee?
Yes, we all work here. My wife helps me with house duties. My children help me with the maintenance of the farm, picking cherry and fertilizing.

Due to our passion and own experience that coffee tastes better fresh, we will ship orders as we roast. We strive to ship orders as they come in as long as the coffee is fresh but this can result into our coffee being shipped a couple of days after order. Thank you for your patience for great coffee.
