At Dark Moon Coffee Roasters, we are passionate about exploring new flavor profiles and experimenting with different brewing methods. One of the ways we do this is through beer collaborations. We have worked with a variety of local breweries to pair our specially-sourced, roasted, and cursed coffees with unique beers.

We take great care in selecting the right single origin coffees for each beer, and we are committed to sourcing, roasting and pairing our coffees to complement and enhance the flavors of the beer.

We are proud to have collaborated with some of the best breweries in Las Vegas, and we are always looking for new opportunities to push the boundaries of what coffee and beer can be.
