Our coffee equipment

At our Henderson cafe, we want to engage our customers not only in the preparation of their ready-to-drink beverage but also in the preparation of the coffee itself. Our open-air roastery and coffee bar create a sense of community and encourage interaction between patrons, baristas, and roasters. This allows our guests to ask questions and learn more about our brew methodology, helping them to improve their own home brewing skills.

Our coffee bar features a custom-painted ModBar espresso machine, which allows our baristas to showcase their skills right in front of you. We are committed to not only creating delicious beverages but also to teaching our community how to create their own.

As you explore our cafe, you may notice a live projection of our roasting process. Behind an elevated bar at the back of the shop, you'll find our Loring S15 Falcon. If you visit us during a roast, feel free to ask our roasters questions and learn more about our approach to the roast process. We want to turn every visit to our cafe into a small lesson on understanding and appreciating coffee.

Cold brew coffee season is all year

At Dark Moon Coffee Roasters, we are obsessed with cold brew coffee. As a coffee shop in Las Vegas, we understand the importance of a refreshing, icy coffee beverage to get through the hot summer months. We always have a single origin coffee available for nitro cold brew and still cold brew, and we frequently rotate in other unique single origin coffees as well. Each time you visit us, you will have the opportunity to try a different cold brew on tap.

In addition to our cold brew on tap, we also offer ready-to-drink cold brew coffee cans. These cans are not only available at our cafe, but also for sale at all four local Whole Food locations.
